Rev. Dawn L. Remster serves as the Senior Minister of First Christian Church. She has served First Christian Church in Zanesville since September 2002. Prior to moving to Zanesville, she has served churches in Columbus and Paulding, Ohio during her 21 years as an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Rev. Remster serves on the Regional Church Council and on several community boards. She and her husband Tim are parents of two grown daughters.



Aaron B. Phillips serves as our Associate Minister. He began his ministry with us in 2007. Aaron is especially passionate about ministry to youth and young adults. He is currently attending seminary preparing for pastoral ministry. Aaron and his wife Kristen have been long time residents of Zanesville and Aaron is active in a variety of leadership roles in the community.




Janice Fox serves as the office manager of First Christian Church. She has been on our staff since 2005. Janice and her husband Bob are life long residents of Zanesville and the parents of two grown sons. She is a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church
